What Exactly is a Green Tea Fat Metabolizer?

If a person took it as the manufacturer suggests, he or she would get a total of 344 mg of caffeine and about 400mg of green-tea catechins. The catechins found in the other teas have never been studied for their fat-burning effects.

Citrus bioflavonoids and the vitamins are all good, as long as they are the natural form of the vitamins, something that is not listed on the package. But, you can get the green tea metabolism benefits, combined with over 70 other nutrients, in the most bio-active form, without all of the added caffeine. If you’re like most of us, you probably get enough caffeine, as it is.

The price of the multi-nutritional formulation is not much different from that of the green tea fat metabolizer, but because of all of the other nutrients, it is a much better value for your money. Of course the prices for green tea metabolism boosters vary. The less expensive ones don’t contain much of the extract at all. They are primarily caffeine.

Some researchers believe that the green tea metabolism benefits may be due to its caffeine content. But, if that is the case, then why isn’t everyone skinny? Think about how many caffeinated beverages that you drank yesterday. Look up the caffeine-content on those beverages. The Mayo Clinic provides a good list for people that want to evaluate their daily caffeine intake, because in excess amounts, the stimulant causes a variety of health problems, including insomnia, anxiety and frequent urination.

A green tea fat metabolizer should be good for your health. There are many different health benefits associated with the extract.
